Asian Spirit Requirements

To ensure prompt and efficient service, please furnish us the following:

• Arrival/Departure
• Flight Details
• Number of Passengers
• Name of Preferred Hotel or Resort (Tour Package)
   

All booking will be given a cut-off time (option date) for confirmation taking into consideration the number of passengers being booked and the booking season. Lapsed option will automatically result to cancellation of booking.

Confirmation of services requested will be within twenty four (24) hours after the receipt of reservation request. In case immediate confirmation is not possible, clients will be informed of booking status.

Payment

Remittance of payment to be made through Credit Card, telegraphic transfer or Bank Deposit.

Note: All payments should be based on US Dollar or Peso for locals.

Services will be confirmed upon receipt of the faxed advice stating that payment has been made through the said bank account, together with the faxed bank deposit slip. Airfares are inclusive of Terminal Fee (TF) except for Manila Domestic Terminal and Mactan International Airport Terminal in Cebu, and Airport Security Fee (ASF) but exclusive of the handling fee charges -- please check it with the bank.

Refunds

Refunds on tickets, less any cancellation charges incurred, will be made. Refunds, if any, can only be claimed by a passenger to booking agent at the place of origin.

Notes

• Fare for children between 2 to 11 years old shall be 50% of the normal fares. Fare for infants below 2 years old shall be 10% of the published rate (no seat).
• Additional fees / charges: Airport Security Fee (ASF), Terminal Fee (TF) for adults, ASF only for infants, and insurance premium.
• Check-in time is at least one (1) hour before the flight.
• Luggage limitation is 10 kgs./person. (10 kgs. for LET-410).
• Upon receipt of advance payment, tickets will be printed and will be ready for pick-up by the passengers who must present his/her identification when claiming his/her tickets at TravelOnline Office. Tickets can be sent/delivered to an address indicated by the client for a small minimal fee(Philippines-Local). Tickets delivered out of the Philippines will be based on the prevailing Fed-X rate.
